Qualifier Terms and Conditions
- For a deal to count towards the qualifier, the MID must vest (process a minimum of $100).
- A MID will count for the qualifier in the month in which it reached $100 in processing (per the residual reports), no matter the month the deal was approved.
- Deals written in December must be VESTED in order to count towards the qualifier. Ownership changes do not qualify.
- Ownership changes & re-writes do not qualify.
- 1 MID per location. Exceptions will be audited for business license, internet verification, business type & banking verification.
- Additional service MID’s do not qualify. For example, having a separate MID for mobile, wireless, POS, or countertop solution with or without additional services do not qualify.
- The cap for 1 round trip ticket is $750.00 per person. If the airfare is greater than $750.00, the sales rep will be responsible for the difference. Management reserves the right to penalize a rep who consistently write deals under the Payroc average.
- Payroc reserves the right to buy out or not buy out any representative, if necessary.
- In order to ensure the integrity of the Qualifier, Payroc will conduct a weekly audit to safeguard that all qualified deals have qualified under the rules listed above. If management finds that a deal is unqualified, points will be deducted.
- If a deal is considered unqualified, that does not mean that a deal will not be entered or approved for a MID, it simply means that it will not count for the Qualifier.
- An unqualified deal can become qualified if a business license (matching the application) is provided.
